Ashokan Chakravarthy did his Masters in Engineering in UC Berkeley and then his CMA in Canada and has over 45 years of experience in Retail and Finance. He guides and mentors the company and contributes with his invaluable advice on strategy and finance. He is a passionate reader and is a good story teller as well. He picks anecdotes from Indian mythology and brings relevance into today’s context. His leadership style is inclusive and he stresses on the need for younger and newer ideas to expand and grow the business.

Mahendran Anandham has over 40 years of Retail and Operational experience. He completed his Law degree before entering the family business and has a flair for production. He has brought in Operational efficiencies streamlined over years of manufacturing and is responsible for ensuring the fine quality of Sesame Oil that we are known world over for. Right from procurement of the finest quality of seeds to blending these seeds to produce the flavour and aromatic Anandham Sesame Oil, Mahendran ensures that we deliver every time all the time. He is known by partners to be fair and transparent in all his dealings and his hobbies include imparting Financial Education in schools.

Kumaran holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines and has done his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University. He has extensive experience in Strategy, Sales and Business Development. He has considerable experience in Asian business systems and has worked in Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. He loves networking and technology and he looks forward to fostering all existing partnerships of the firm at the same time forging new relationships. He is an eternal optimist and believes that we are well poised to be a trusted global player in the edible oil business.

Priya holds an MBA from SSN College, Chennai and a B.Com degree from Stella Maris college in Chennai. She manages the sales and marketing of our flagship brand - Anandham Nallennai (Anandham Gingelly Oil) and is working to expand and streamline our local distributor network. She is passionate about expanding our domestic presence and maintains our relationship with distributors across India. Her team ensures that our product is available at your nearest retail outlet and her meticulous attention to detail ensures that processes are in place as we scale our business. She loves reading and wears multiple hats around our firm.
