INGREDIENTS:
- • 1⁄2 cup coconut
- • 3 tbsp Anandham Sesame seed
- • 1 dried red chili
- • 1 pod garlic
- • Salt to taste
For seasoning:
- • Mustard
- • Black gram (urad dhal)
- • Curry leaves
Instructions:
In a pan, dry roast Anandham sesame seeds till it splutters. Grind the roasted sesame seeds, coconut,
red chili, garlic and salt with little water.
Season with mustard, black gram and curry leaves.
Serve with Idli (rice dumplings) or Dosai.
