Serves - 1 Total time – 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- • 2/3 Baby bok choy (Chinese cabbage)
- • 1/2 cup Carrots (chopped small)
- • 2 cups Winter Cabbage
- • 1⁄2 cup green peas
- • 1⁄2 cup beans
- • 1⁄2 cup broccoli and cauliflower flowerets
- • Anandham Sesame Oil – to taste
- • Pepper – to taste
- • Salt – to taste
Instructions:
Chop up boy choy (Chinese cabbage), carrots, winter cabbage, beans, broccoli, and cauliflower
flowerets.
Place all the above and green peas in a stewing pot and bring water to boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the
heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. Add Anandham Sesame Oil, pepper and salt for seasoning.
Serve hot.
